Job Title: Internet Sales Representative (Easterns Automotive)

Job Description:

As an Automotive Internet Agent, your primary role will be to guide customers through our online processes, making their purchasing experience seamless and effortless. You will arrange in-store appointments for deliveries, test drives, trade appraisals, financing, and more. Being an effective communicator, you will resolve customer challenges and queries with great care, demonstrating your passion for our brand.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers over the phone and online to explain our processes and products.
• Arrange and manage appointments for deliveries, test drives, trade appraisals, financing, and more.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any customer issues or slowdowns in the online purchasing process.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing our company positively and professionally.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills are a must; Spanish speaking is a huge plus.
• High energy, detail-oriented, and system-focused.
• An interest in automobiles is beneficial.
• Familiarity with a sales and commission pay structure is preferred (1 year of experience).
• Ability to deliver customer service with positivity and professionalism, even through the phone or online.

Work Schedule:

• This is a full-time position.
• An 8-hour shift is required.
• Availability to work on weekends is required.

Compensation:

• The pay structure will be a Base Salary + Commission, with an earning potential of $40,000 - $70,000 per year.
